Errr, GURPS would be the best, it's got the most customization, really.

Lot better then D&D and the such, go look it up!

this is what he means people http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZ04mfAY2BU and yes it is hilarious and pathetic. and he should be shown no kindness and told to grow up, but that's unkind. perhaps something in realm of earthsea?

O.O Is that a new AT4!?! Because I think I just found religion.
Not that I'm aware. It seems like a standard Javelin. But then again, I just googled Javelin and that picture made me cum, so I picked it :D
Only fired a dummy round of any kind of anti-tank round. God that looks cool

OT:Anything that involves a javelin rocket. Maybe Front Mission.

It's LARPing. Assassin happens to be a game that doesn't require dressing up or acting like a character, so it's considerably easier to play in public. I don't larp, mainly for a lack of caring than anything else.

There's different kinds of Real Life RPGs and yes, LARPing would be considered one. He's mainly looking for a game to play.

Unless I'm not familiar with his version, Assassin is a game played by a number of people in teams with one moderator. The moderator assigns targets to the teams who must "Assassinate" them by using water guns or water balloons, rolled up socks, NERF guns, whatever is deemed fine. It could be considered a Real Life RPG since you can be attacked anywhere. Know your target is going to the movies? Get him as he walks in. Works at McDonald's Drive-Thru, hit him while getting some food. The team to be the last one standing wins. There's usually a timer of one week per round with one target assigned to each team per round. It's pretty fun.

Another one that I know of is Humans Vs. Zombies, but it's usually played around Halloween but here's some rules for that (http://www.hvzathens.com/rules.htm) These are really the only two I know of.

Ok... clarification time....

By RLRPG, i simply mean a game played by a group of people, usually over a relatively long period of time and involving a large area, following a set of objectives or rules for each team or player.

I don't mean dressing up like a cosplayer and hitting each other with swords.

Mazes and Monsters (Go IMDB Tom Hanks...) You get to go insane, think you are playing a cheap D&D knockoff, and then randomly kill bums. It's fun, makes a great news story for all of us to laugh at, and it gets rid of the ever-growing homeless population. Also, if you really want RLRP... then forget the games... go get a hooker and go for a night of catholic schoolgirl, corrupt priest ;)

Boy, am I gonna get excommunicated and/or banned from this site now :D
