Saints Row 2 is what pops in my head. And unlike No More Heroes, it's actually fun too.

The Bard's Tale - it's a really funny action-adventure RPG that spoofs traditional fantasy RPGs in a lot of ways. It's an old PS2/Xbox game, though they've actually done a decent job porting it to Android as well - I have it on my Nook. Again, I can't overstate how funny this game is.

I also liked Evil Genius, I mean that one parodies every single super spy movie trope so hard it's awesome. Evil underground lair? Check. Brainwashing? If you mean a device that sucks out your minions' brain, washes it and stuffs it back into their skulls to relieve stress...check. Super secret agents you need to foil through contrived and ironic schemes? Check. Quirky, downright mad henchmen? Check. Doing evil deeds for the lulz, like crashing a concert to club some baby seals live on air, so the world sees just how nefariously evil you are? Check. Doing a good deed once in a while, like, destroying Nashville for its crime of spawning country music? Check.
