Mine is a toss up between tiny toons, animaniacs, and captain planet (the full version at the end)

I'm in England, they removed all the epilepsy flashes gone, and that first verse too! We had:

Hrrrmm...that's strange because I remember the epilepsy flashes on the CITV version. But that's CBBC where we had the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles as well. Stupid censors.
