Not sure if it was answered already, but it's a spell combination in Magicka. Spells are bound to the keys Q, W, E, A, S, D; so it's some combination I cannot be assed to figure out.

OT: Telekinesis in Bioshock. Or any game, really.

Also, I don't think Bioshock plasmids should count. Not really a spell, it's SCIENCE :D
I'm sure someone once said something about sufficiently advanced technology.
or how it was stated in Thor, magic and science are the same to the primitive mind

Singularity biotic from Mass Effect. It's just fun to pull every enemy into the air and casually throw grenades at them.

Most final skills end up being my favorite... well, skills, but since this is about magic I'll show one of my favorite spells, Ancient Catastrophe from Rita in Tales of Vesperia

Also gotta love how she speeds up spell casting by saying blah blah blah instead of the actual incantation

Lightning bolt from just about every game ever. Seriously, every time a game tells me to choose between lightning bolt and fireball I go for lightning bolt. It just feels nice to see that arc of lightning jump from enemy to enemy, killing them all with one simple spell.

Throw Voice from Skyrim is one of my favorites, I had so much fun the first time I used it on a group of bandits. There's also the fireball spell you get from the leader of the Skingrad Mages guild when you do the quest for her recommendation; it might not be very powerful, but it gets the job done and it's fun to watch things fly around. I also love the Apprentice's Mana Bomb in Dungeon Defenders, I've come to nickname it the room clearer because of how effective it is at doing so. If I can think of any of my other favorites I'll be sure to post them.

I have a few that I can think of.

I have a soft spot for spells that let me BECOME some monstrous creature to mow down the enemy so I'll always love the summon spells in Summoner 2. Particularly the blood golem. Every hit you scored healed you. It was almost unstoppable at times.

In the same vein, Yuri's Harmonixer powers in the ShadowHearts series, particularly Amon. Becoming a god of destruction and decimating the enemy party was never sweeter.

Also, in another category completely, Pus Storm from Champions of Norrath: Return to Arms. It literally rained pus down on your enemies and caused surprisingly massive damage against pretty much everything.

The Sylex spell from The Magic The Gathering Multiverse. It is the one stop fuck you and the army you rode in on spell.

If it's Magicka then it would be the Steam, Steam, Lightning, Arcane, Arcane laser.

Which isn't the kind I use (I prefer QFSAAA for moar lightning sure I don't type out the word ASS but I use the minimum requirements for the steam and laser making and pump a lot of lightning into the now wet enemies)

My favourite spell is Slow Time from Fable 2, because I could slow time and go really bloody fast (albeit only in a straight line)

Atomos and Alexander from... all the final fantasies. I just love Tiamat's "gaping maw" look and Alexander looks like something out of fucking shadow of the colossus. Best summons evar.

City of Heroes had a fire defensive spell called Rise of the Phoenix if I remember correctly. Once I had enhancements in it, the spell would revive me with full health and mana while stunning, damaging, and knocking back nearby enemies on a fairly short cooldown. I was horrible at the PvP in that game but I would still hang out there because of the novelty of exploding near large groups of villains.

Always be fond of telekinesis based spells, when they can be used to lethal effect.

Elder Scrolls letting me fling around pots is not quite what I like.

Favorite spells generally tend to be ice spells, now. Love the snow effects and the subtlety compared to fire and lightning and all that jazz.

Water remains my favorite type of spell overall, but is generally absent from many RPGs now.

Well I always like using Gaifoire in Phantasy Star Online. It was useful against certain emenies and it sounded cool as well.

I loved Meltdown in Final Fantasy VIII of all things. As far as I know, they never brought that spell back, but it was cool, AND it was a status effect delivered by the coolest Summon Monster/Guardian Force/Esper ever... DOOOOOOOOOMTRAIN.

My LEAST favorite spell is any teleportation spell in Dungeons and Dragons, especially when the party's wizard is a total wuss.

Honorable mention goes to the hilariously-named spells in the Shin Megami Tensei series, and "Mabufudyne" in particular, because it sounds so funny to me. If you've never played them, I dare you to tell me what "Masukukaja" does without looking it up :|

I can't remember what it was called, but it was in Golden Sun. Basically, a huge sword just flew down from the sky and did mass damage, it was pretty badass.
Ragnarok, the upgraded version was Odyssey, and the Gaia Blade's unleash was somewhat similar.

OT: Golden Sun - Gryphon (You had to use a djinn-powered Tamer's Whip)
I also like Firestorm in Dark Souls, especially when you are playing with an ally and some Havel-toting guy invades. A guy I was helping was once invaded in the Depths right near the Channeler, but there were three of us against this one guy (though he was a bit of a griefer, seeing as he was wearing full Havel's armour). Because of the tight quarters, he couldn't escape the firestorm, which took about two thirds of his health and left him open for us all to punch him in his smug face.

If anyone here has played Tales of Vesperia enough to know that Rita (The mage) is completely broken...
My favourite spells with her are "Blah, Blah, Blah. TIDAL WAVE" and "Blah, Blah, Blah. METEOR STORM"

Also, not so much my favourite spell but, my favourite school of magic in Skyrim is Illusion.
Muffle + Invisibility = Obsolete stealth skill.
Fury, Calm, Fear and Rally all these are useful in their own ways.
Mayhem is just plain silly and fun if cast in the middle of town.

Honourable mention goes to Storm of the Century from Dragon Age: Origins. It was completely overpowered, yet could also destroy your own team at the same time.
