No, Iridonian is an official name for Zabrak from Iridonia. However, it shouldn't be confused with the real Iridonians, who form their own independent culture (and a pretty fucked up one at that).
Personally I'm a fan of Lekku, so Twi'leks and Togruta are my favourites. It helps that Aayla, Mission and Shaak'ti are from those species. Some Zabrak are pretty cool too, but usually I think they look ridiculous, the female ones in Jedi academy are pretty cool, and so's Bao-Dur, and I guess Darth Maul can get a mention too, just because.
I've also found myself defending gungans a lot. It seems so annoying that a species that is pretty darn cool is represented in the movies by the character they kicked out for being too stupid, and who's father tried to kill his son, and when that failed put his gun to his head and pulled the trigger (he survived, incidentally). After that, everyone's let Jar Jar define how gungans in general are, when they have amazingly cool technology, and look pretty cool themselves. They deserve better.
