Sims, its funny to see them beg for mercy as I lock them in a room with no escape or burn them.
the giant baby-like monsters from the shadow hearts games there so ugly and creepy they just have to die. Note the developers of Shadow Hearts read way to much Lovecraft.
MUST FRAG NATZIS, been scratching that itch since Wolfenstine till Bloodrayne one. Still like the first Bloodrayne dismembering the hun is were it's at.

The most satisfying thing I have ever killed in my life is those dudes in Hotdog and Cup suits in Saint's Row. I will literally stop in the middle of a high-speed persuit, get out of my car, and pull out my most powerful weapon and slowly murder those guys. Its fun to start at the legs. God, I love killing those guys. Me and my friends will usually scream when we see them "I'm gonna kill that fucking hot dog". And evertime its hilarious.
Apart from that, I love beating douchebags who think they are God's gift to gaming on Call of Duty 4.

I remember every time playing GTA 2 I wanted to kill those Elvis's walking in a congo line or something. I have no idea why, I have nothing against Elvis. I just ran them all over with my car.
Pedestrians and nazi's, love it if they made GTA 5 in nazi germany (1935-1946, not calling modern germans nazi's) you could run over Nazi pedestrians, pure genius.

lemme see on Gmod i go through ravenholm with the pumpshotgun from CSS "sniggers" also i think your idea for nazi GTA is a good idea but..... zombie nazis in GTA? just a thought. They could moan (in the zombieish way) "DAS AMERICANES" as you ran them down. 
Any kind of enemy that plinks at you from a distance is definitely satisfying to kill, especially when you take them by surprise when you pop out of their line of sight and get behind them. Good times.

(i took awhile to get through dead rising) OH and most of all... the man who deserved my hate, my ire, and my ruthlessness more then any other... Otis (dead rising). I dragged that virtual homicide out as long as humanly possable.. when he was dead i was trying to see if i could collect his head for my mantel... i was severely disappointed.

oh and headshots... on anyone as a sniper in TF2... especially those damn spys
