When I'm bored I just boot on Oblivion and go on a civilian killing spree with my bow. It's so satisfying to jump on the roofs and shoot beggars in the head from across the town, or to just step in a store and carve a arrow on the NPC's head before he can finish greeting you.

Enclave officers in Fallout 3 give me a certain rewarding feel when I kill them. Maybe because I can usually get ammo for my favorite weapon (Plasma Rifle) from them.
