One that has been incredibly frustrating for me so far is the "Hit 29 home runs in a single round in the Home Run Derby". It's from MLB 10: The Show.

Best I've gotten is 23. It's really frustrating.

Some of the Fable 2 achievements were pretty good, especially the goth achievement, and the achievement for getting 5 people drunk in less than 2 minutes.

I would have to say 3 of the vidmaster challenges from Halo 3/ODST. The ones that you have to beat the last level on legendary with the iron skull and 4 buddies, etc. and the Firefight on heroic with 4 buddies.
