I cant believe that nobody (I think) has said this, but from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the empty bottle.
Yup, thats right, the empty glass friking bottle. Being able to deflect giant energyballs being hurled at me back into Gannondorf's face with a milk jug is just shear pwnage.

I'd have to say..The Shotgun! Why you ask? Because in almost every FPS there has ever been..you get a shotgun. And once you get that sucka.. you blow everything out of sight.
The best the shotgun has shown itself would have to be is in F.E.A.R. Slow-mo + Ragdoll = Tits.

The minigun/rocket launcher weapon from Painkiller (yes, all that in one gun). Or the stake launcher/grenade launcher weapon from Painkiller. Or the shotgun/freeze ray. OK, let's just say every weapon from Painkiller.

The semi-automatic grenade launcher from Crysis: Warhead or Far Cry 2. Pumping out grenades + good explosion physics for the spectacular win.

Either the Farsight from Perfect Dark or the scoped grenade launcher from Far Cry 2. There have never been better anti-sniper weapons.
