Sexy panty in Disgaea 2 when you beat Marjoly. It's so funny how panties are so powerful.
Also the pipe in Marvel Ultimate Alliance, although I call it the hockey stick since it looks like one. It's so powerful especially when the Thing is using it. I killed a boss with 3 hits from that thing, GODLY.

Call of Duty 1&2: Mp44 (Accuracy of a Rifle with the ROF of a Sub machine is incredibly convenient as to not get killed when enemies go surprisingly near pity it had little ammo.)
Black: AK 47 (got more Head shots with this than the M16 for some reason.)
C&C Red Alert/C&C Red Alert A Path Beyond(free standalone now due to EA allowing use of the W3D(Renegade)engine) : MAD tank (super weapons pale in comparison to the destruction of these would do.),Mammoth tank (infantry died quickly against it only nuisance with the TD Mammoth crazy kill death ratios and near indestructible only swarming it would kill it when combined with a mechanic in .9935 a path beyond.),Tanya/.9935 Colt 45, in APB never gave the enemy time to recover and allowed for crazy kill death levels and quickly unbalanced non tech restricted infantry only maps.
Empires(Half Life 2 mod): Scout Rifle/NF heavy rifle(a scopeless quick refire scout rifle damage wise) In a game with open areas where people like to stand around repairing things/getting the grenades at the right spot/sprinting in a straight line these own in ),SMG 2(this allows the engineer to stand a chance against an assault rifle.),Calculator(The ultimate weapon in game(you can't even destroy a base with a tank without it)

The joy of shooting a black hole at everything and watching it sucked in beyond event horizon?
The fear when someone sent one towards you and the mad scramble to get away from the shot? Especially the lucky breaks when you just got slingshot across the room instead of sucked in. Good times!

The Persuadertron from the original Syndicate was genius. Turn it on and whoever came near you became 'persuaded' and would thus follow your agent blindly. You had to gather a certain number of plebs before you could persuade a policeman. Once you had enough policemen you could persuade enemy agents. Soon you'd have an army large enough to take down any rival syndicate. Or, alternatively, you could just lay a bunch of land-mines and blow them all up for fun.

I also really liked the SMG in HL2. I became incredibly skilled with it. It's just pure satisfaction to jump off a trailer thing and kill three combine units whilst falling.

I actually stopped liking the gravity gun in HL2, it started out fun, but quickly became a gimmick that you seemed to depend on around every turn.

Okay, so this is pretty criminal that this hasn't been mentioned yet..
Armed and Dangerous: The Upsy Daisy (I think thats what it's called at least)
Imagine two punch-knife style handles, with a corkscrew instead of the blade. You stick them in the ground.
The world then turns upside down. You hang from the floor while the enemies FALL INTO THE SKY, the world turns back to normal, and SPLAT.
Yes. This weapon turns the world upside down, but keeps gravity in the same direction.
Also from A&D: The Land Shark Launcher.
You fire a small grey baby shark that has been modified to swim and breathe in earth. The Jaws Music plays and a few seconds later a rapdily-matured SHARK bursts out of SOLID ROCK and swallows enemies whole. HELL YES.
Bioshock had some fun ones, especially the hand that shoots bees, but really the only plasmid I used reliably (when not forced to by Lot192) was the shocker one.
