Gravity Gun, Shotguns (best anti-zombie horde weapon IMHO), Portal Gun.

Seriously, pistols tend to be more accurate, easier to use and faster to reload than anything else.

I loved using the COG sniper rifle(Can't remember it's name) in Gears 1 and 2 and I'm eagerly awaiting Gears 3, just to see if they're putting in anymore Sniper-type weapons. I love sniping....

I liked the Smart Gun and the M41A Pulse rifle from the Newest AvP game, and those were really the only two things I liked about that game.
From the Bio-Shock games my favorites were the Machine gun (because Tommy guns are awesome) and the chemical/flame thrower (napalm and electric gel were my favorites)
The Chinese and Xuanlong Assault Rifles and the gattling laser are among my favorites for Fallout 3.
Finally, the shotgun from just about every single shooter game is a staple in my arsenal, and almost always on one of the quick/hot keys
