That abandoned hospital level from TimeSplitter 2, and I think it was also on Future Perfect, I don't know how that level is called but I used to play it every time, also that Venice level from the same games loved that and last but not least that big snow level in which there was a car, and yes it is TimeSplitters too but that 1 was only in Future Perfect I think.

underpass, from call of duty 6. im a sucker for rain and i also like broken structures looming overhead. plus the map is pretty well designed.

Pavlov.

Pretty much every map in the first Call of Duty with its expansion was solid from Berlin to Cassino to Foy to Carentan. Infinity Ward did their best work when they were inspired by history and WW2 movies.

And is it just me or is it impossible to take a screenshot of a CoD or CoD UO map and make it look bad?

Anyways practically every Halo CE map especially Blood Gulch, CoD 1 Brecourt, Dawnville and Carentan, and Battlefield Wake Island are my all time favourite(s).

Edit: Derail too. The grass and the layouts of those maps were great for stealthing.

I'm going to be boring and go with 2fort here, it really is such a good map. Small and simple enough to memorize, but enough room for some sneaky stratergies (teleporter in sewer, teehee.)
