My favorite would have to be Michael Beattie as Mordin Solus in Mass Effect 2. I don't know how he just keeps talking and still makes me laugh.

Aww you beat me to it. I love Robin's voice acting as well. He also does Faldio Landzaat form Valkyria Chronicles, which pretty much sounds the same as Travis Touchdown.
