Everyone has a favorite actor and actress, but lets limit it to the voice acting.

So, for actor:

Steve Blum. Hands down. I like EVERY [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Emkm8G3EdW8&feature=channel&list=UL] role he does, but prefer his deeper, more menacing sounding voices, alah Amon from Legand of Korra, TOM from Toonami, Scott Micheal from Ghost Recon, and Grayson Hunt from Bulletstorm. You know, this one:

I also like how he actually cares about his fans and has tried to deride the whole "Piracy isnt hurting anyone" lie that people try to tell themselves.

And for Actress:

Tara Strong, mostly because I find it interesting that most of the roles she plays are dudes. I also find it strange that her voice can jump around pretty much all over the place. Example:

sidenote: Y that vid No have my favorite role for her, Kiera from Jak and Daxter

OK... I'm counting seiyuus here:

Gents: Masaya Matsukaze (for a number of roles, but I thought he was the best thing that happened to Death Note), Minoru Shiraishi (the perennial player of put upon characters) & Tetsu Inada (no one does crazy shouting like him...)

Ladies: (much easier) Miyuki Sawashiro (her voice is liquid sex IMO), Sayaka Ohara (capable of batshit insane and seductive in the space of two lines), Ryou Hirohashi (blame everyone recommending I watch Clannad), Ryoko Shiraishi (she's Schrodinger FFS!!) & Satsuki Yukino

Props to Fumiko Orikasa for being a great voice actor, but sounding so bloody unassuming.

Either Norio Wakamoto or Minoru Shiraishi.
[sub]Norio Wakamoto[/sub]

I don't really have a facourite female voice actor.

I think Minoru Shiraishi lost his mind during the making of Lucky star and the crew just decided to make the most of it.

Steve Blum and Jennifer Hale.

Steve Blum's voice is like listening to cigarette smoke dance tentatively across a silken scarf.

Jennifer Hale is just...

Well she's just awesome.

Billy West, because he plays several different roles on Futurama and I had absolutely no idea until I looked it up. There's entire scenes where he's talking to himself and the voices are truly distinct from each other.

And Tabitha St. Germain, because the voice of Rarity in MLP is just so freakin' awesome and expressive. The episode where she outlines the differences between whining and complaining totally clinched the vote for me.

Tempted to list serveral for actor and actress but I'd risk turning this into an essay, so 2 for each sadly.

Actor: Steve Blum because first he is in everything so he wins the quantity vote, and secondly because of Oghren in DA:O (in my mind that's his best role). Second choice Simon Templeman because he brings class to any role he plays, sometimes it can be a little hammy but every line he reads feels like he's genuinely putting his all into it.

Actress: Jennifer Hale because she can play the badass so well (hence why she was terrible as Leah in diablo 3), basically her voice acting is the icing on the cake for playing renegade shep. Second choice Claudia Black (this is where I realise 3/4 of my choices were from DA:O and I'm completely fine with that), like Templeman brings class to every role she's in but not in the same over the top manner but I'm no less enthralled by her performances.

I'm sensing that you watch a lot of anime.

Voice Actor? Keith David. Absolutely nails all the roles I've seen him in: Anderson, the Arbiter, Dr. Facilier. All of them.

Voice Actress? Kathleen Barr. You want a bad girl done, she's the one you go to.

Jennifer Hale - only because she's in everyyhting, and theres probably a good chance she'll end up doing some kind of narration for my funeral service and if I say anything bad...

I don't really have a favorite voice actor or actress. The voice actors that I like are Mark Hamill, Vic Mignogna, Crispin Freeman, Wendee Lee, Kevin Conroy, and Laura Bailey.

Your example for the second one doesn't work I think you put the whole link in. Well if anyone cares here is the video that the OP messed up with.

Keith David as the Arbiter, Sgt. Foeley, and Julius from Saints Row. And for actress I'll go with Tabitha St. Germain for the several voices see does in My Little Pony among other things.

Ok, Steve Blum is great. No one is going to argue that (and if you will, then shut up), but I prefer my grizzly voice of the David Hayter variety.

It was really a tie for me between the the two until I heard this.

Scott McNeil and Brian Drummond. Not only do they rock in DBZ, they also are in the Dawn of War Games as Merrick and Gorgutz.

What are these women you speak of? All I hear is Jennifer Hale or Claudia Black.

I can't decide between Steve Blum, Robin Atkin Downes, or J.K. Simmons, and either Tara Strong (Even though I don't care for her work on shows like My Little Pony or Fairly Oddparents, she's done some great work in other things) or Ellen McLain.

For voice actors, my favorite would either be Johnny Yong Bosch(known as Ichigo Kurosaki, or if you're an older fellow you'll know him as Adam, the second Black Ranger in Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers) or Todd Haberkorn(known for MANY things, such as Death the Kid or Sgt. Frog).

For voice actresses, it would either be Michelle Ruff(Rukia Kuchiki, Katherine, Zoe in Digimon Frontier, Yukari in Persona 3), Laura Bailey(Maka Albarn, Lust, Catherine), or Tara Strong(Twilight Sparkle, Bubbles, Toot, Princess Clara).

Far too many male voice actors that I can think of >< Kevin Conroys Batman, Simon Templeman, Michael Bell, Michael Ironsides Darksied(seriously, his voice just oozes malevolence in that role). David Warner nails any role he does too.

On the female front I'm going to have to go with Jennifer Hale, because I don't know anyone else by name.
