Favorite Web Comics?

I love web comics. I already read the ones here, so I was wondering if anyone else is interested in them and was willing to share. I love nerd comics, but I also like fantasy elements too. I am not interested in comics who use scantily clad woman to get readers, though. I find those ones are not as funny.

Oh, no, I know XKCD My brothers are hooked on it. I'm not as into it as they are, but I do read it. I guess I should prepare myself nonetheless. Thank you for your suggestions.

My personal fave: Schlock Mercenary
It's funny, violent without going too far and (the recent ones anyway) very well drawn for a comic put out EVERY DAY INCLUDING WEEKENDS!
So far as I can see Howard Taylor has realeased a strip a day every day for the last 10 years.
Wow.

Also, his blog is fairly funny when he updates it.

XKCD is less funny or clever, so much as it is built around a smug sense of superiority. If you get off on feeling superior to people without actually earning it, it's for you.
Sluggy is just long, dumb, and bland, but it's really popular in some circles for some reason.
Questionable Content has nothing really going for it. It's just mindless hipster-baiting.
It's not so much that these comics are the worst comics out there, it's that they have the worst popularity/quality ratios out there.

Let me guess... funny when people didn't know about it, but now that they do, it's not cool anymore?

EDIT: When you say "hipster baiting" do mean "Bait" as in "a trap for someone" or "Bait" as in a play on Masturbate, that the series wanks off to trying to be hip, cause I've heard both.

Both. Because it lures in hipsters, and then just mindlessly caters to them instead of putting effort in.

CAD has brilliant character, is constantly hilarious and has solid, genuinely emotional (pretty sure one is famously depressing) stories.
