I'm sure this has been done many times before, and in fact I remember one, but that was months ago and the search feature doesn't work well at all on this site. Last I checked it shows 1 page of results and they are almost always completely unrelated, no matter how vague or specific the query.

Anyhow, there are two webcomics I rather enjoy and check regularly.

Blazen [http://blazen.thecomicseries.com/]
Awkward Zombie [http://awkwardzombie.com/]

The only ones I follow regularly these days are Schlock Mercenary, El Goonish Shive, Questionable Content, and Dominic Deegan.

A few others I catch up on every so often are Penny Arcade, Exterminatus Now, and Order of the Stick. Megatokyo, as well, though I actually prefer the print copies (one of my favorite manga overall, actually).

Also, Eight-Bit Theater was my first webcomic, and one I checked every so often. It's finished now, and was great even to the end.

I used to follow even more when I was younger, stuff I've since fallen off of (The Wotch, Secret of Mana Theater, Something Positive, 9th Elsewhere, Frightmoore University, The Call of Whatever, Bob and George, and a bunch of others).

Wait...is that a Shadow Draygon comic? I used to read Holy Zen all the time...
Yes, it is. It's the successor to Holy Zen I believe.

I personally like this one [http://blazen.thecomicseries.com/comics/pl/32589] a lot.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, Cyanide and Happiness, Nedroid and Station V3 are regulars for me. First two are my favourites, but there are so many other good ones I'm discovering now.

I can't remember how I found it, but I stumbled across this one a few months ago:

http://daisyowl.com/

Some of them are better then others, but there's something just inherently charming about the whole strip I can't quite put my finger on. Shame it hasn't been updated since last year, and I can't find any reason why.

Of course though, what list would be complete without

http://www.amazingsuperpowers.com/

and

http://xkcd.com/

Cyanide and Happiness has always been a favorite of mine. God, I have spent so many hours on that comic.

I used to read Misfile, before I caught up with it around page 1300, then stopped to let it gain a lead, haven't gone back to it yet.
However, I am currently reading Unsounded [http://www.casualvillain.com/Unsounded/comic+index], which seems to be rather good. Interesting, and has a nice art style to it.
Oh, and I was reading Bear and Tiger, but it seems I closed the tab to let it gain a lead like Misfile.
I don't really read any others.
