The only ones I care about are.
Bug [http://www.bugcomic.com/] (Updates every day but Fri, Sat, and Sun)
Least I Could Do [http://leasticoulddo.com/] (Updates every day)
Looking For Group [http://www.lfgcomic.com/] (Updates Mon and Thurs)
Nuclear Delight [http://www.nucleardelight.com/] (Updates Tues and Thurs (sometimes))
Manly Guys Doing Manly Things [http://thepunchlineismachismo.com/] (Updates every Monday)

Those are really the only ones that (to me) are consistently good although LFG was rather slow for a good 2 months straight.

I only used to read a few every now and then but after seeing the Cyanide and Happiness book I've been reading it every day since.

Also Akward Zombie, Manly guys doing manlythings and Dresden Codak are good.

Most of the big-name ones I like have been plugged already, but a couple of my especial favorites are done by friends of mine, which suggests either bias, or fantastic taste in friends.

First is Derelict [http://derelictcomic.com/]
Also, A Loonatic's Tale [http://zibaricon.org/]

Pretty much Awkward Zombie, Nerf Now and Manly Guy Doing Manly Things. I do also like VG Cats but they rarely update.

You must now go read Problem sleuth then homestuck. I just improved you lives 600%. The first chapter of HS is pretty bad but it turns into the best thing you or I will ever read.

Hey another person who reads Schlock Merc. I recently managed to finish going through the archives. I gotta wonder just how far ahead he plans it because the plot seems incredibly airtight.

Great DND based comic. Updates Tuesdays and Fridays.
Writer just finished a 30 day Beiber challange where he listened to nothing but Justin Beiber for 30 days just to see what would happened. Was pretty funny.
