Favorite Zombie From Any Game

There have been a lot of good horror games and games with horror sequences. But what is your favorite one that you have encountered? What game is it from and what were it's abilities that made it creepy?

Although I love the zombies in Fable, the ones in Thief 3 were really scary. The flickering lights that reacted to their presence and their speed could really make me jump. They tended to be undying as well so you had a limited amount of time and equipment to achieve your objective. Brr!

My favorite zombies are standard, lumbering, slow zombies.

Tough to kill, dangerous and scary only in large numbers.

The zombie survival guide should be canonized for zombie-based entertainment.

I'd say the zombies from Thief: The Dark Project. Bastards were hard to kill, and unless you scattered their pieces around, they came back to life.

Well the "Zombies" in Left 4 Dead aren't undead by conventional means. They're infected, but not dead. Atleast, that's the story given by VALVe.

The Michael Jackson zombie in Plants vs Zombies. He summons backup dancer zombies and they proceed to do the thriller dance over to your house (to eat your brains). Oh, and this game came out like two months or so before he died, so it became so much funnier after that.

The necromorphs from Dead Space scared me shitless for a while. Then I got used to them

I just liked the Necromorphs because of the facination I had with how their biology would work and how cool they looked. So yeah that's my answer too.
