As awesome as the ruinous powers of Tzeentch are, I'd have to say Nurgle. With Tzeentch of course coming in a close second.
I mean, Nurgle actually cares about his followers...And shows it through horrible disfiguring diseases and an extremely prolonged life.

I always found the Aplha legion very intresting. Have there true intentions been corrupted? Or are they still fighting for there true loyality. One of there warcrys is "For the emperor!"
