I like a nice thick New Orleans accent. There are a couple languages in Ghana that produce accents I can listen to for a long time. Dagbani (spelling?) and...that other one escapes me right now.

Then again I've found that most accents spoken in a really deep voice sound cool.

Scottish and Russian accents destroy every other.French is cool but I guess I'm only saying that because I'm French :|

I have no idea if it counts as an accent, but there's this certain type of American voice that turns me to jelly every time. It's the one that sounds slightly deadpan but has a lot of character to it, like Zooey Dechanel and Ellen Muth from Dead Like Me. I can't explain exactly why, I just like it, especially when they're being all sarcastic and moody.

I know several Canadians and it makes me smile every time they say "out" or "about."

However my favorite accents are Scottish and British.

I looooove Scottish, it's the sexiest accent to me.

And for some reason I just adore Louisiana accents on people too, they're just cool.

French. Super hot. Specifically the southeast region... although I am biased for that is the accent my wife possesses.
you mean the accent of Provence ? or the one from Marseille ? or the one from Corse ? or from the Alps ?

you know, the southeast region is known as "Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur"...
Well my ear for it is still pretty poor. I can here the difference between Quebec-ish and France and than the slightly different tone my wife and her family have. Rhône-Alpes region. I'm trying to secretly learn french for her. It's slow going but I'm making progress

Australian and Irish.
I often wish I were born in Australia.
I'm surprised with the amount of people saying Australian. I guess i was luckier than you because i was born in Australia. I don't see how our accent is good.

What accents do you like? Should they make you laugh, turn you on or just sound cool

I like the New York accent, Scottish accent, Australian accent and the Indian accent
Considering that I myself have no Accent, my personal favorite to have would be either a Spainard or Scottish accent

if you want to learn easier and faster, i suggest you listen to audiobooks at the same time you do your everyday stuff, it helps.

British accects, cockney accents in particual.
Saying British accents is meaningless. Scottish, Northern Irish, English, welsh? Then there are the individual accents in each country.
I like them all. Can't help it!!
