Like I said in the other anime opening, threads, my favourites change a lot.
So far now here are three that I could listen to over and over again.
The weird thing is, I've never actually watched Gundam and I stumble across this opening by accident. However I still think it's one of the best anime openings I've ever heard.
Thought this one was really, cool and the anime it's from is good as well. Just a shame it's so short, only 6 episodes.
Finally Yugioh GX opening 3.

Tough call. Probably a tossup between Cowboy Bebop's "Tank!" and Trigun's opening. And maybe Baccano!'s "Guns n' Roses."
Cowboy Bebop, it has a classy intro, not one of the intros where all the characters are standing in a circle and you see a quick battle scene with crappy J-pop band playing in the background.
Wahahah, I can't believe nobody has mentioned One Piece, its Japanese intros are so awesome!
