The main character and Yosuke in Persona 4. There's a reason the fans call him Brosuke after all ^.^

Also RL example, Siv HD and his cameraman Burpy. So much broness in this video. Fear of Karthus can bring people together it seems. Everyone hates Karthus, even people who play him

Dat bromance. Doesn't get better than this, folks.
Then he breaks down the moment he leaves the room. Kinda spoils the moment I feel. DX

Raiden's just standing there like the worst type of third wheel awkwardness imaginable...

It's still one of the few good moments in MGS2 though, as much as I dislike that game I have to give it that much credit.

I'm going to leave the VERY broad generalization about Miles O'Brien alone and just point out that I don't believe Julian Bashir is South African. I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be of South Asian descent (India, Pakistan, Kashmir, one of the countries in that region), especially with the episode with his parents. I will grant you that he was a bit of a womanizer.

But they definitely make my favorite bromance. Hell, they had one before the term was even coined.

The reason I chose South African is because that's where Alexander Siddig is from. And O'Brien is rather grumpy. It was a joke.

These two.
These two put the "bro" in "bromance." Which is kind of weird.

I agree with most of the ones already said, such as Chandler and Joey and Sherlock and Watson. However, since I always have to be original, I think I'm going to go with these two:

Otacon and Snake come to mind but the two people that play the two British solders/pirates form Pirates of the Caribbean also do. As well as Jack and Gibbs form the same movie.

Well I've been ninja'd on pretty much all of these but:

JD and Turk
Snake and Otacon
House and Wilson
Shepard and Garrus
Stan and Kyle
Sam and Frodo
Brian and Stewie
Bunk and McNulty (The Wire)
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (My favourite being as Shaun and Ed)

...And pretty much all of the male characters in Homestuck. XD

Dean Winchester and Castiel from Supernatural. Especially during season five, the pairing was absolutely hysterical.

And if we're going real life, Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) and Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) are total goofballs together.
