Favourite Call Of Duty game!

anything before 4, after that multiplayer turned into a spam fest. Only play the news ones for campain, i actually use my brothers games for that anyway.

CoD 2 or 3. They had good gameplay as well as a good story. CoD 4 tricks people in to making them think they are good.

I have played all COD's to date and i have to say........
Call Of Duty United Offensive(expansion to the 1st) was the ebst Cod game ever
to all those saying 4 because WWII is shit come up with a better arguement because thats seriously not an excuse to not like a game

Well I remmeber the original COD, United Offensive, and 2 fondly, but since the feeling of nostalgia I get sort of blurs my view of how the game really was I can't really say if I liked any of them more than 4. Of course 4 was great, WaW wasn't as bad as I thought either. I'm bad at picking favorites, and I don't like to, so I'll leave it at that.

Call of Duty 4. To be fair, I've only played 2, 3, 4 and 'Finest Hour'. Slap in the face to the player or not, it's nice to see a war game end on a down note. Not everyone makes it back from war afterall, and heroes are killed every day.

It seems to me that COD 4 is the favourite out of the series and i agree, but what really pissed me of was that they made 3 or 4 games about WWII then make a good one in present time (In my opinion) and then they go back to WWII again and i was like Wat The Hell!!.

I mean I dont want the series to go the way the Battlefield series went going from 1942 then then to a modernish style of game with Battlefield 2 then to a future game in 2142 because there are enough futuristic FPS's already, but i would still take that over goin back to WWII again!

2 had the best story mode, 4 has the best online, and im praying because i love the weaopons in 5 that World at War will get some of the popularity that 4 has already and still has

Personally I liked COD 4 I have been playing World at War but my favorite is still COD 4.
