Regal Bryant from tales of symphonia
the dedication he shows to his self punishment is amazing. for those of you who don't know, he has kept his hands shackled since being forced to kill the love of his life in order to survive. vowing to never use his hands as tools of death again, he fights using only using his legs which requires incredible training and determination, and got him and awesome body in the process.
on another note, where did the blue hair come from though? maybe it's a tethealla thing, as all the main characters from sylvarant have natural hair colors, and the ones that are'nt are purplish black, bright red, pink, and blue.....

Anyway, him aside... Jaya Ballard the Task Mage, because she's so damned hilarious, Gil Grissom for the... similarities (entomologist... he's an entomologist...) and, for one reason or another, Sally Lockhart (and trust me, that reason is not Billie Piper).

Hey, I noticed that while you made this thread, you didn't tell us your favourite! Care to share =) ?

I'm surprised anyone asked. I'd probably have to go with Aslan, from The Chronicles of Narnia. I've only seen the movies, and of those only really liked the first, but Aslan... well, he's a giant lion cross between Jesus and God, and voiced by Liam Neeson. I'm always happy whenever he shows up.
