Quantum Leap: Good Morning, Peoria. Reminding me I was on the right track for liking old school rock 'n' roll.
DBZ: In the Android Saga, when Goku and Piccolo (attempt to) learn to drive.
Futurama: the Slurm Factory episode. "Grunka lunka dunka-de darmed guards..."

Hell Girl 2: Silent Gaze, a great little episode that combines character development without getting in the way of the heart breaking main story.

Code Geass R2: A Million Little Miracles, Lelouch's over the top theatrics at their best.

Time of Eve: Doll of Eve: a very sad episode dealing what happens when a robot is no longer needed.

House:Toss up between The Jerk or The Right Stuff(though the entire intern arc is pure gold),both are great humor episodes.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: House of the Child in Glasses,General Virus and the Three Doctor Brothers or Don't Say It so Casually!' Melos Rebutted Angrily, Suddenly Standing Up. All of them just really made me laugh and are some of the most memorable ones.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia:The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby,it's the episode that made me really love this show.

South Park: Super Phun Time, the pioneer village people are fucking hilarious.

I can't decide between The Misfits dairy murder episode or the Zombie episode, each has their own thing going for it which makes them both equally amazing.

The I.T. Crowd: "From Hell" (the episode with the gun and the plumber peeing in the bath)

The Simpsons: Either "Last Exit to Springfield" (Lisa needs braces) or "Brothers Little Helper" (Bart on behavioral drugs)

Lost: "Tricia Tanaka is Dead" and the finale.

Ed, Edd n' Eddy: "Run for Your Ed" (Kankers attack the CulDeSac)

My Little Pony FiM: "Lesson Zero"

Doctor Who: I can't bloody decide.

This is really difficult to narrow down :(

Firefly
There all so good! But my favourite would probably have to be War Stories or The Train Job.

Scrubs
Another difficult choice but it's either My Screw Up or My Musical. Or just any episode with Hooch in it :D
Smallville
Salvation was an amazing episode. Mainly just for the brilliant fight between Clark and Zod at the end. Also I think Commencement deserves a mention as wel or Finale.

Doctor Who
I don't think there's ever been an episode of Doctor Who that I didn't enjoy but my favourite was The End of Time (part 1 and 2)

Awesome. When I read the thread title I immediately thought of this. Good to see someone else likes this episode.

'Wormhole X-treme', the 100th episode had the biggest WTF opening. I've tried to find it on YouTube, but I couldn't find it. So instead I'll just post this:

Another episode I like is 'The Fifth Race'. Besides the episode being awesome, it also sets into motion some of the greatest events in the series later on.

The one that stands out, beyond anything else, is "Modern Warfare" from the first season of Community. One of the most original, creative, hilarious things I've ever seen.

Firefly - Objects in Space. I loved how much I could hate Jubal Early in less than an hour, and the insight into how River's mind works were fun.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - The Body. In a show where death is generally a pretty temporary thing, this was a chilling look at what it's like to lose a loved one. Not only my favorite Buffy episode, but probably my favorite hour of television ever.

Big Bang Theory - The Pancake Batter Anomaly. Sick Sheldon makes me giggle. Nothing more to this.

South Park - Tsst. This one changes pretty regularly, but Tsst is the only episode that makes me giggle just by thinking about it. There are better written episodes, and there are episodes that have gotten me laughing harder, but this episode has lasted over several viewings.

Almost every single episode.

Space Ghost: Coast to Coast

The episode with Hulk Hogan

I would also post episodes of Regular Show, but I haven't seen enough of that show to decide.
