Like many others, I would have to say Tranquility Lane. Another one would have to be Protecting the Waterway, which I'm kind of surprised no one else said. I really like the duel with Split Jack.

As the topic title suggests, this thread is about Fallout 3 quests. NOTE: You may want to add spoilers for those of us that haven't completed the quest you're talking about.

So anyway; Assuming you've played the game, which quest was your favourite? Which one did you like the most? For me, 'The Wasteland Survival Guide' springs to mind: I liked the way it (if you completed it properly, that is) made a
guidebook depending on how you answered Moira's questions. I always went for the snarky, sarcastic one which suited my personality nicely.

A close runner-up would have to be the Megaton bomb quest, of course. Didn't like any of the story quests, except for the one at the end where
Liberty Prime blasts people to kingdom come while shouting anti-commie propaganda
Damn it... Ninja'd on both accounts... Those were the only missions that came to mind! That last one was awesome! Never felt so cool (apart from the random overpowered bit at the end of the Daarkness!)

Also the Wastelend survival giude was the best way of learning the game, and how the world works! It was essentially the best tutorial mission I have ever played!

Those! Without a doubt. Problem with giant ants + science = problem with giant ants that now breathe fire. Brilliant!

Mine would have to be Oasis just because it took me a while to even notice the tree, and when i finally did i was like WOAH, THE FUCK IS THAT!? But honestly it was mainly the only quest that actually made me have to think of what the best option at the end would be and actually played to my morals. Unless you play the game as an asshole.

I enjoyed The Pitt, the saw blade weapon was awesome and even though collecting the ingot's was absolute bullshit I didn't mind the reward. But I guess that is an expansion so...
My favourite quest was the one that involved Harold, the final choice was very moving

I kinda enjoyed the trench storming in Anchorage. And also attacking slavers at Lincoln Memorial for Abraham. Dayum sweet, after a brief talk with a slaver then whipping out the Lincoln Repeater to kill them all.

Shit man, they're all pretty good. I liked the one where you go to Fort Constantine to ge the winterized armour the most, I think.
Fort Constantine (You Gotta Shoot 'em in the Head) was the old Fallout 1 style armor, the winterized was Operation: Anchorage.

Anyway, on topic:

Probably The Pitt followed by Point Lookout.

That one where you kill the things

non-dlc: the replicated man

DLC: that one where you're trippin' balls in a forest and there was something about "punga fruit".
Yeah, and you came out of it with a bit of your brain cut out and a boss scar to show for it. That was a cool quest.

i gave myself a quest to find all the bobbleheads (using fallout wiki for approx locations) and that has been very fun, exploring the wasteland and seeing allot of cool stuff i didnt see just sticking to questlines
i gotta go with this. personally some of the most fun i had in the game was just finding those bobbleheads. i refused to fast travel when i did it too, so it was a case of just exploring from place to place, and although i would look at where the bobblehead was, i only checked if it was in a certain building, not where in the building

Nope, you got it right, it was the T51b. There's only the two suits of it in Fallout 3, though in New Vegas they're all over the place.
