That may seem like an odd title, but stick with me here...
Recently I've been looking at a lot of Lost Planet 2 videos and previews, and also videos of reviews Lost Planet 1... I have never played either of the games but to me, they look like a third person shooter mixed with Monster Hunter... Which would suit me down to a T. The little bit of the story that I have gathered seems interesting, And LP2 looks very impresive graphically.
So, Basically, of all the games I have never played, the Lost Planet Series are my favourite.
What about you my fellow escapists? What are your Favourite games that you have not played yet? (And don't only mention the games that are not released yet because then this would just be a cleverly disguised 'What game are you waiting for' Thread, How about some games that have just passed you by but you still intend to get and why?)
Go ahead and ask questions about the games you mention, maybe someone will give some advice.
EDIT: Chances are, I'll probably get the Demo of Lost PLanet 2 soon so that will no longer be a game I haven't played, other favourites of mine that I havn't played are
Dark Void, movement looks kinda like what Iron man should have been like... Although, I never did play Iron man either...
As a few have already mentioned, Shadow of the Collosus, because it looks amazing in almost every way.

Should I get the first one (which I can probably get relativly cheap nowadays) before I get the new one or is there not much of a running story?
And also, Does the First one have offline multiplayer or is it just online?
