I'm still looking for Killer 7 though. it is an illusive beast.

Actually having looked again carefully, only the gamecube one is expensive. You can get it on play.com for the ps2 for £4.90!
Which is pretty good really.
Seriously, the last few times I've looked these games all cost more.

Metal Gear Solid 4: The one and only reason for me to buy a PS3, which dosent actually give me much motivation to buy it.

Dragon's Age: Origins: Everyone I know that has an X-Box has played this game. It frustrates me that I cant play it because it is always out when I go to rent it.

Artistic direction is what matters to Okami's looks. It is very stylish and it's not like it's pixelated so it looks pretty dang good.

I know it's the style that counts for okami and it'll still look pretty. What I meant is that i've spent four years building this game up in my mind, so if i played it now it would be disappointing.

Oh ic. ha, the beginning is extremely slow. Unskippable on here would have a field day with it. But the combat is. albeit easy, highly intuitive and all the characters are interesting and... cute? But at least its navi-like thing that follows you around isn't worthless and actually has a personality.

but anyway, $4.90? well, the PS2 version I've heard lags and has longer loading screens. The reason it is cheaper is probably because it's a lazy port and they made a shit ton more of 'em even though everyone found out it's not nearly as good as the GC's. But that's just what I heard so... Maybe $5 would be worth the gamble.

Kingdom Hearts. It has single-handedly made me want a PS2.

An awesome game indeed. As for me, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.

As for me it's tied between Class of Heroes for it's character creation and all-round entertainment, and Neverland Card Battles because it appeals to the inner TCG fanboy still within me.

I feel for you. Heavy Rain does indeed look like a great game. I've already preordered from HMV. Special edition, hell yes!
On subject, Heavy Rain. That game looks like it was made for me, and it hasn't come out yet, so I think it counts as a game I've never played.

Never played and never will play Borderlands. It looks like I would get into Diablo/Fallout, and all by friends who've played it tell me I would love it, but...I don't want to get addicted, there are better games out, and Yatzhee's review pretty much put the nail in the coffin. Usually some of his gripes I consider to be bonuses, but all his complaints about Borderlands seem like things that would really piss me off.

Also ME2. I refuse to play that before spring break because of what it'll do to my grades.

I got a copy of Lost Planet free with my graphics card and I really disliked it, though I'm not sure if I can pin down a specific reason why. So let's just say I was really bad at it.

Fave game I HAVEN'T played would probably be Gears of War because it looks like the sort of game I'd like, it's just none of my friends are really into gaming and those that are don't have it, plus I'm a PC gamer.

Earthbound. I didn't grow up during the SNES era, and Nintendo utterly refuses to release it on Virtual Console. Unless they're planning a DS Mother trilogy or something, methinks they're afraid of even more money.
