It's given me so much enjoyment I've actually invested in Part 1 of the graphic novel on which it's based.

Zelda: Twilight Princess.

...Yeah, sorry, my Gamecube collection isn't very big. All of the non-exclusives went on my PS2.

Skies of Arcadia: On a console starved for RPG support (there were what...12 total maybe 5 good ones?) this one was by far the best. Even with the obnoxious amount of random encounters it's still ridiculously fun.

007 Nightfire: The first Bond game to actually have a Bond-style intro (it has a theme song that starts at the end of the first level). So much fun in multiplayer with various modes and little RC helicopters and tanks.

Metroid Prime 1&2: The best single player FPSs of all time. There's no multiplayer in 1 and the one in 2 is pretty terrible, so that keeps them out of the "best FPS of all time" but the music, atmosphere, and controls are all excellent.

Gauntlet: Dark Legacy: I love this game in arcades and love it even more in my house, with my friends, mashing buttons as quickly as possible and yelling at eachother to go the other way during coin challenges.

Ah yes, nerdcred obscure one:

Lost Kingdoms 1&2: I only played 1 at a friend's house and evidently they're super rare because they were only in production for a short time, but it was a lot of fun and I'm trying to find one at a reasonable price...TO EBAY!

Metroid Prime. I'm probably going to take a lot of shit for this, but with the smooth aiming and environments, i honestly thought Metroid Prime was better than the original Halo. Windwaker and Twilight Princess were pretty good, but in the end there was something so fun about the enemy dissolving animation caused by the plasma beam.
ah yes, the animation and screams when my enemies melted it sheer fear of the plasma beam. even against modern sci-fi shooters, i still believe Matriod Prime holds up

Single player is a toss-up between Ocarina of Time and Eternal Darkness. Don't make me choose.

Multiplayer: Goldeneye.

Oh Gamecube, so many good times...

RE4, best game ever IMO
Super Smash Bros Melee
Metroid Prime 1 & 2
F-Zero GX
Super Mario Sunshine
The Wind Waker
...and like the OP said, Sonic Adventure 2: battle is the last good Sonic game.

The list goes on...

Metroid Prime...(been thinking about that game a lot lately)
Wind Waker
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Making the animation at the power up screen make squeaky noises (you know you loved to do that)
