As I play Nox, I have found out I suck balls at warrior, I like to be more like a spell-blade.

And I like to be Pyro in TF2

WoW: Mohawk.
Lol are you a Night Elf Mohawk?
But to be perfectly honest I like playing classes that can take a beating, or that can dish out a wicked beating before they die.
To put this in WoW Terms, I either like playing a Prot Warrior because I feel like the fucking Juggernaut, or I play a Combat Rogue because I practically eat them alive FFS!

It depends on the game.

Armoured Core 4, I go for a balance of power to health to agility. My mech can dodge most things (though it does have a little trouble with missiles), soak up a lot of punishment and still pummel with long-range missiles, or, if I'm feeling in an up-close-and-personal mood, I've always got my trusty Moonlight blade with which I can kick ass.

In general, I play as a tank. Soak up damage like a sponge, and still kicks your ass.

Skirmishing, run-and-gun, close-and-dirty, riles up the blood, gotta get my game on, gotta kill them all, GOTTA SEE SOME BLOOD! MAN, DOES PAPA WANNA SEE SOME BLOOD!

It appears I got a little carried away there.

I prefer fast, powerful attacks, so I normally go Scout in TF2. I also had my godly fast-attack dude in Oblivion. And if there's some magic, well, why the hell not?

I personally love defeating the opponent with their own strength and/or annoying them to death. Confusion often gets a LOT of use when I'm playing. It's just so much fun sitting back and watching them destroy themselves...

So, whatever class does that. ^_^;

Mage and sniper, because I'm rather impatient and I'd like to get thing done quickly. So, that is why I love head shots and instant death spells. I don't play WoW, but I do play the original Neverwinter Nights and I always play as some sort of mage.

I'm generally a healer or someone who doesn't like things to die. In an RPG, I'm generally a healer, such as in Final Fantasy XI- White Mage or Scholar, or in the short time I played World of Warcrap, I played mostly Priest before I uninstalled the game, spat on the CDs, and handed them back to my friend.

Same with in class-based FPS games. In TF2, I play Medic a lot, sometimes Spy or Heavy if I feel like getting some vengeance. Command and Conquer Renegade, even though it doesn't score me a lot of points, I have a real difficulty killing people, so I usually choose Engineer or its respective classes.

In RTS, I usually turtle because I don't like my pixelated infantry getting killed. I've read and heard a lot of war stories, so I try and avoid death as much as possible. Guaranteed my kill/death ratio is higher than anyone elses (that isn't to say I win a lot, though). I also make sure all of my guys are like fully repaired before I send them in any major skirmish.

I also like being able to use my opponent's abilities against them. In Smash Bros Melee, I loved Fox and Falco because their reflectors consistenly bounced my friend's fully-charged Samus B attack back at him. In Final Fantasy XI, my favourite job is Blue Mage. Learning attacks that monsters spam on you time and time again, then being able to use them right back at them... ooh, it feels good. {Bomb Toss}+{Self Destruct}{You can have this.}{death}{Good bye.}{See you again!}

In online fps i usually take the hardest hitting assault rifle (often an AK 47) and run and gun until i die. That tactic has won me quite a few matches in Call of Duty 4

But i have a thing in rpg's the first class i make is the tank, then a mage and then a stealth character.

I always pick a heavy or close combat unit first, without even really thinking about it,play one or two hours and then, realizing that I don't really like it, I start again with a mage or something.

-Oblivion: first Ork,then Breton
-Sacred: Dark elf,then Mage
-TF2: Heavy,then Pyro(ok,no mage but still fire^^)
-Guild Wars: Warrior(with a wand lol),then Necromancer
and so on...

Now that we are talking about RTS games, I also like to turtle, but with a twist. If I play Supcom, I never build any troops, no ground troops, air troops, or water troops. I only build engineers, buildings, and some experimental units. If I'm playing as UEF I just spam Mavors (yes, if the game goes on long enough I can spam Mavors). If I'm Aeon I'll just build an army of Czars. If I play as Cybran, the sky is falling and the seas are running red with blood because the Cybran suck and I hate them. And of course the Seraphim devolve into super nuke building.

I like to be an assasin or thief, or something sneaky like that. But I didn't choose rogue in WoW, because they aren't allowed in raids a lot.

Sniper or Mage. Sniper because it allows for massive killing sprees with relatively low death counts on your part, and Mage because...well...come on. You can shoot fire. That's as close to having a hand that shoots bees that you can get outside of BioShock.
-EDIT-

Anything sneaky is good too, such as sneaking around Bloc with a silenced rifle on CoD4.

I used to play fighters in RPGs but I prefer mage-types now, in Neverwinter nights, I'm always a Sorceror/Red dragon disciple.
In team FPS I prefer to be a sniper. Single-player, I prefer a good shotgun (for stupid all the stupid melee badguy-types) and a sniper rifle :p
As for RTS, I tend to upgrade (to the max) and then spam fairly strong (but not too expensive) units, which probably why I keep losing RTS games

In RPG games I usually prefer the magic-based classes... I just think Warrior classes are boring, certainly not as pretty :D

In FPS-type games I prefer a medium-range fighter... like in Halo I always go for plasma grenades and battle rifles... in Call of Duty 4 I like the Grenadier class... Shadowrun the Rifle is my best weapon...

Usually I'm an all-around kinda guy though, I'll start off with a Mage and move onto a Ranger or Assassin and eventually a Warrior-type... and in FPS games I usually train with the sniper and close-range assault weapons...

In RPG type games, I like going for the Paladin/Cleric type. Good fighting, and some decent healing/support ability. I also like characters that are melee based, but can compliment their melee with a bit of strength in ranged combat.

In TF2, I like to play as the Medic. Either that, or the Scout.

In FPS's, I like me a good balanced, powerful handgun. Too bad in most FPS's handguns are utter garbage.

In Starcraft, I like to use support units and moderately powerful units like Hydralisks and Siege Tanks. I rarely use Battlecruisers or Carriers, although I do like me some Archons.
