PS2 it was, at least for a while the only runner in the race, and in my humble opinion, neither the xBox nor the GameCube were a match for it.

PS2 of course. It was a real one-stop shop for fighting and arcade games. In this gen you need several consoles, which sucks, especially as two good arcade sticks cost as much as the console itself and they are not interchangeable between consoles. My solution so far is to go back to PC gaming.

Gamecube, it had the best controller by far, and good exclusives. ps2 had a lot of good games, but I hated its controller, it's too small for my hands.
