"Fritz"(forgot all but the nickname) from Silent Storm. As to why, he shoots MG42 with one hand, you do not get more badass from that.

As said previously but reiterated here, the whole TF2 cast. Also previously mentioned The Batman (Arkham). And Captain Price from Call of Duty, he's too hardcore.
