Futurama, first and foremost. South park until the last few seasons.
Right now, American dad and Metalocalypse are the best shows at the moment. The sound track for metalocalypse especially is hilarious and brilliant in equal measure...

Avatar the Last Airbender is nothing short of awesome. Seriously, as far as I'm concerned, it is the greatest thing Nick has ever done by far.

Also, I rather like South Park for its ridiculous satire and occasional surprisingly-epic two-parters (and that's not even getting into Imaginationland).

South Park has been on a roll this season, but they don't make cartoons like they used to. Screwy Squirrel still rocks my world almost 70 years after its original creation.

I had low expectations for Archer, but it definitely proved me wrong. Has to be my current favorite right now along with Metalocalypse.
