The Incredibles. Without a doubt. That movie is gold.

Also, Finding Nemo is so sweet and heart-warming - and colourful! It's a joy to the eyes.

I don't hold Pixar on the pedestal so many others seem to, but the Incredibles and Finding Nemo are two of my all-time favourite movies.

Not just a great animated movie, but a great action, and superhero film.
Spy Movie, too!

It's easily my favourite. Ever since, I worried the newest Pixar movie might supplant it and... nope. It remains my favourite. Wall-E came close, and Toy Story 3 has the Incinerator scene, but... The Incredibles has something else...
And that something is Brad Bird.

The first time I saw it I was struck by how it reminded me of Batman: The Animated Series. There was this Bruce Timm/Warner Brothers type feel to the aesthetics. It also had a menacing villain (despite his origin) and threatening hence men, which is always a potent mix for an engaging action movie.

And it wasn't afraid to wander into pretty dark territory when the moment called for it, like Bob threatening to crush Mirage.

WALL-E. Forever.
Not only my favourite Pixar film, but one of my favourite films, period.

Wall-E by far! One of my favourite movies ever!

That scene with all the fatties sliding down the deck... classic!

And some of the best looking scenes in Pixar's history!

Probably Toy Story 2, but this is a bit like picking your favourite child. That said, I did see Brave the other day and it was fucking awesome. It's definitely up there in quality, and it's definitely the best looking Pixar film. Plus, Billy Connolly.

Now this is a hard, hard question. I love everything Pixar create. Deeply with ____, but. It's a tie between Up! and Toy Story 3. I cried during both, and I was touched rather profoundly by each film. :)

Ohh Woody...Buzzz!
*rubs eyes in disbelief* Welcome back Aylaine!

OT: A toss up between Wall-E, Toy Story and Monster's Inc. Most of the other ones I've seen have been good, with the exception of Brave which bored me.

and what led to it. "Dead kids". and Helen telling their kids "they will kill you".

even Dash's disillusionment early on is somewhat heavy

I mean, everybody knows Pixars aren't just kids movies, but this sort of thing is rare even in "grown-up" movies.

Pixar's finest.
i'd pretty much echo this and only add that i really like its "When everyone is special, no one is..." message which is actually quite subversive in the face of modern political correctness.
I heard the movie received some criticism early on because of that, but yeah, I really liked that, too. "Some people are simply more awesome than others; Fucking deal with it!" But it can also just as easily be translated as,"If you have a talent or skill, don't be afraid to fall out of the norm."

The whole "When everyone's super, no one is" is why I never got into Harry Potter. When everyone's a wizard it kind of defeats the "super" in "supernatural".

Or that one hench man that is literally out to kill Violet. There were those dozens of others trying to kill Dash, but that was more of an action scene. The scene with Violet is her trying to hide while this guy is tracking her down so he can blast her.

All Pixar movies rock, but my favorite, hands down, is The Incredibles. I am very eager for the sequel, which will hopefully include the same voice cast.

That was an awesome movie. I didn't think I would last 15min thinking it was just a kids movie. The first 15mins hooked me.

Ah they're all so amazing but if I have to choose it would be Toy Story and A Bug's Life because those two pretty much defined my childhood. Nostalgia wins again.

My three favourites would have to be WALL-E, The Incredibles and Up.

An honourable mention goes to the three Toy Story flicks, especially the last one. It's not every day that movies make you have an irrepressible need to dig your old favourite plush toy out of the mothballs as an adult, if only to stare at it fondly at it, hope nobody's listening, and whisper "Thank you!" to it.

Animism for the win, I guess.

The entire Toy Story trilogy. My GOD, Pixar couldn't have released all three movies at the most perfect times of my life. Hell, I was leaving for College when Toy Story 3 was release.

I love all the Pixar films (even the ones that traditionally get ragged on), but if I had to put them in a rough order:

1-3. - The Toy Story Trilogy
4. The Incredibles
5. Monsters, Inc.
6. Finding Nemo
7. Cars 2
8. Wall-E
9. Cars
10. Up
11. Brave
12. Ratatouille
13. A Bug's Life

Toy Story, Nemo and Monsters Inc. I just adore them and Nemo is kind of mine and my dads movie, we quote it to each other all the time.
