Now, I've given this the ol' search bar treatment and I found a surprising lack of results!

Pretty simple question Escapees;
What are your favourite podcasts?

I ask this because I am a HUGE podcast fanatic! My iPod is the home of 64.2 days (104.65 GB) of podcasts, almost all of which I have listened to. My favourite series' I have listened to multiple times over, which must make the amount of my life I have spent listening to podcasts an obscene number of days!

Here's the thing though, I think I might have heard all the good ones now! But I'm sure that's not actually possible, so if there are a few of you out there that have a favourite podcast,
maybe somebody else might like to give it a listen too!

Ricky Gervais got me started on podcasts (as I imagine was the case with a lot of people) but since then, my favourites have been:

Adam & Joe (XFM, and 6Music)
The Bugle
Collings and Herrin
Peacock and Gamble (plus the old Ray Peacock podcast)

That is a tiny segment of the list of podcasts I have enjoyed, but I would highly recommend any of those to people that love comedy. Especially P&G, whose series I have listened to all the way through three times since discovering it a few weeks back.

Look 'em up on iTunes!

FINISHED! YOUR TURN!

And more fucking T-DAR! WHOOOOOOOOOO!

Love me some of that Games Radar stuff. It's such a entertaining gaming podcast. And long, too.

The Ricky Gervais Show, with Stephen Mechant an Karl Pilkington. I utterly love it.

And I'm dying to hear some more of Show and Tell, by Yahtzee and his mate Gabriel, on his own site.

"HELLLOOOO BUUUUUUUUUUUUGLLLEEEEEEEEEERS! Welcome to the Bugle; I'm Andy Zaltzman, but I think it's about time people started referring to me as ZALTOR THE PITILESS, EMPEROR OF ALL THINGS."

The Bugle's tip-top.

Phill & Phil's Perfect Ten, too, on the comedy side.

And the podcasts of various BBC Radio 4 programmes. (In Our Time, Thinking Allowed, Women's Hour, All in the Mind, etc...)

The only podcast I listen to is Wha-Chow so that's my favorite.

They're amusing and have some interesting guests sometimes and none of them are very serious. It all mixes together rather well into a smorgasborg of randomness.

As of late it's been the Jay and Silent Bob podcast. Very cool to learn about his struggles with addiction and made me watch all the classics again.

There's also Two Chimps on a Davenport, from the guys who made Wikigameguides that mostly talk about crazy shit they do while drunk. Has a fun laugh.

Then there's Painkiller Already. I mostly listen to that because of a lack of things to listen to. The hosts are entertaining enough in their own right, but insist on bringing in a complete idiot who literally has the most uneducated opinions in the world. It's hard to listen to sometimes.

And then there's the You Ain't Grizz Baby podcast which is always entertaining, but they haven't had a new one out in over 4 months.

Currently I only have 3 podcasts:

-BBC Radio 4's Friday Night Comedy -- The past week's News Satire show, typically either The Now Show or The News Quiz. I got into it since it meant that I could listen to those shows whenever I wanted to.
-BBC Radio 4's Comedy of the Week -- It's one comedy show from the past week.
-Mitch Benn's Musical Comedy Podcast -- Artists submit funny songs and Mitch Benn plays them if he thinks they're good enough.

I like comedy podcasts a lot.

I may also subscribe to The Escapist podcast if I listen to it and end up liking it, but I haven't seen one yet.

The three I listen to regularly:

* Gervais' one
* That Video Game Podcast (go listen, srsly)
* Solomonster Sounds Off

I think a lot of Escapist forum posters would enjoy That Video Game Podcast.
