I dont really have a favourite. I like all the powerful ones(Thunder, Fire Storm, Hyper Beam etc). I have a worst though if that counts, Bullet seed. I hate that goddamn move, little damage, took ages and almost every crappy bug/grass trainer in early battles taught their pokemon it.
You mean Moves? Because Abilities are things like Pressure and Own Tempo

^haha nice. Uhh ability wise I like Volt Absorb. Move wise, Always been partial to psybeam or shockwave
Agred I was really upset that they changed the amaantion in the later pokemon games.Armored Prayer said:
Any way faviorete moves I like sacred fire and roar of time. (The amantion for roar of time is espically cool in the D.S games.) As for favriote abilty I like pressure since it forces the oppent to use two power points for a move instead of one.
Favorite ability? Definitely Synchronize. It's so useful to have your Pokemon inflicted with a status condition, and then have it inflicted upon the opponent as well. I'm also a fan of Download, but only when it raises Special Attack (which makes Porygon-Z the best non-legendary Special Attacker in the game. Woo!).
As far as favorite moves, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Crunch, Thunder + Rain Dance, Magical Leaf, Tri-Attack, Earthquake, Rock Slide, and Dragonbreath. There are much more, however.

Does F.E.A.R count as an ability? Get a low level Rattata, make sure it know Quick Attack and Endeavor, then give it a focus sash. Let your Rattata take a hit (preferably from your mates level 100 Machamp or Charizard or something along those lines) however, you will still have 1 hp left due to the sash. Use Endeavor, which will bring your opponents health down to 1 as well, than finish it off with a humiliating quick attack. Cue Rage-Quit.
