I have to say, though I haven't played it yet, I'm falling for Black and White. I don't care what the whiney little haters say, fifth gen is going to be awesome!

HeartGold. It took my favorite Pokemon game and upgraded it. I thought Platinum was pretty damn good too.

Yellow > HG/SS > LF/FR > Crystal > Ruby/Sapphire > Pearl/Diamond > Pokemon Ranger and the other Pokemon games

I never played any of the stadium games though :/

Pokemon Gold/Silver and Diamond/Pearl/Platinum are master pieces in my eyes.

White looks good so far, but I hope to not have things spoiled, ive limited my views on the pokemon themselves

I only have Red on gameboy and pokemon snap on my N64. Pokemon Snap gets old pretty quick, you can complete in in under 4 hours straight. Red is still cool though, I started a new game on it :p but i have no one to trade with :(.

My first pokemon game was Yellow, but I really got into it proper when I was a little older and Gold and Silver came out, since me and my best mate could play it all weekend.
My favorite has to be Crystal. It had all the things that I loved from Gold and Silver (eg. best looking pokemon, best starters, best cities, IMO of course) plus it had some new little quests which just added to the longevity to the game.

Also, most people got something shitty from the pokemon breeder in Goldenrod City, y'know what I got from that egg? I FUCKING MAGBY, that's what!
You can imagine how off the wall I went when I got that, at age 12.
