I was never big on digimon but my favorite pokemon has always been Vaporeon. They're so reliable.

Well, I would proceed to talk for hours about what makes my favorite Pokemon, Dragonite, far superior to anything else in the entire series, but I think I'll just refer to this video instead. Have a nice day.
Oh, and my second favorite would likely have to be Alakazam, psychic glass cannon FTW. You got a Dragonite and an Alakazam in the same room together? Forget about it. Bronze goes to Blaziken, because he looks like an absolute badass. If you're like me and started with the little fire chicken, you didn't exactly have high hopes for that evolution chain.
Blaziken made a lot of us happy, I think.

Ludicolo. I first added him in my party because NOBODY freakin' uses him and his water/grass makes him immune to everything basically. He's pretty much the most OP sp.atk pokemon I've ever seen (unless you count pseudo-legendaries which are just no fun to play).
Also, he's a mexican dancing duck in a poncho.
As for digimon..I like so many I don't really have a favorite. But Beelzemon is just such a badass.
