I have an issue with that image. Aggron only got badass after Gen IV. Put him up against my underleveled Swampert in Ruby and it's down in a flash.

OT: I've always had a thing for Vileplume, Cloyster, Mareep Cradily and Vigoroth.
Vulpix is growing on me, kinda because it reminds me of Karen Gillan (Amy Pond in Doctor Who)

It's a fucking STEEL PLATED DINOSAUR. It's infinitely cool than Swampert regardless of type advantage in gen III.

Oh yeah, visually it's right up there in the badassery. I was just gripin' at the inaccuracies of the bottom half of your picture to do with it.

Most badass looking team - Gyrados, Charizard, Metagross, Aggron, Nidoking and either Blastoise or Kabutops.
Or something else you think looks more badass than any of these guys?

I recently started training a new aggron as soon as i found out it could learn head smash! Aggron hasn't made it into my top six, although he's up there somewhere...probably next to skarmory...and sceptile...

Why? Because my Vaporeon in gold was unbeaten, and it saved me in every battle. Since then, its been an pivotal point of my team. Wish support, high HP, High Sp. Atk, can take pretty much any comer, its just boss. Besides, I'm a water type trainer at heart, and come on, look at it. Its a water dog that turns invisible in water. That means if its raining this thing could chase you down and you'd never know.

New generation? Well, I havent played the games yet, so this is purely on looks and potential but:

Why? Cause I need a new electric type and it may replace my amphorus. I dont know, right now I'm pretty set on my teams and this who chagne in the generation is something new and... well... not unwelcomed but hesitantly embraced. And I cant honestly say I reallly LIKE any pokemon except for that one, Daikenki, and Ononokusu.

Remember back when pokemon was always good?

Are you a "Gold version was the pinnacle of handheld gaming," or a "Only the first generation was any good! Humbug!" guy?

I'm a fan and I've been with the series since it started way back when. When i say back when it was always good i was referring mainly to the cartoon, back in kanto and johto originally when everything ash did was about guts not stats. Pikachu taking down brock's onyx with a thunderbolt? and ash! I mean the guy has died about 3 - 4 times now, the first movie being one of the more memorable deaths and ash was brought back by the magic of crying pokemon?

that wont fly now its all about statistics and drawing the line well before it has to be.

well over a decade of pokemon and ash is still stupid.
