Mine would be 'Three Leaf Clover' in GTA4. That has to be the most action-packed gaming moment for me. Also 'Whodunit' in Oblivion, but it could've been so much better.

The search button wouldn't work, *swears*.

The Assassinations in Assassin's Creed. The entire planning, executing and escaping made them very enjoyable.

Love AC2, but I wish they could give us more options to kill those guys, other than sticking your blade into them or shooting them. And stealth better.

Any kind of infiltration missions. One man entering an enemy stronghold.
What games exactly? I love those missions, but don't see them often.

The quest to become a Mage in Planescape: Torment. The core gameplay here is just a series of annoying fetch quests, running between two areas and talking to a few people, but not only do you get to discover those people's background, ultimately it all comes together and you literally learn, through these tasks and talks, what being a Mage means.

I'd have to say blowing up mammoths in WoW for their meat and the Tower of Magi in Dragon Age.

The audio tape collecting missions in Borderlands. Patricia Tannis' in the main game were hilarious, and General Knoxx's in the 'Secret Armory' DLC were as well.

Protecting the Little Sisters in Bioshock 2 when they gather was very fun, especially the different areas you had to do it in.

Tali's loyalty mission in Mass Effect 2. Although a few lines of dialogue could have been tweaked a little bit.

Pretty much every Fallout 3 quest.

One of the last missions in Halo: Combat Evolved. The night mission that takes you through the areas you explored during the day, but now it's snowing, night and the Floor are fighting the Covenant.

The 'whodunit' quest in Oblivion with the Dark Brotherhood. So much fun.

Stick to the Script substory in Yakuza 3. I love how you can choose a dialogue line that makes it sound kind of like a gay porno movie.
The revelations QTEs in Yakuza 3. Some of the funniest shit ever; especially the guy doing the stripper pole dance and how that leads to learning a sweet finishing move.
Just about any boss fight from Shadow of the Colossus and all the God of War games.

i really can't remember my favorite.

but there was this one quest in oblivion where you take a drug with a group of others.
wherafter you slaughter a village of goblins.........they never attacked..........they just stood there and ran.

when i later came back to the site it was infested with human corpses at the places i killed the goblins.

it was the most emotional moment i had with oblivion.......i just walked slowly around the site looking at the corpses.
i knew it from the moment i'd slain the first goblin.

I'm thinking along the lines of the missions from Prototype. Stealthing around a base eating all of the soldiers is hilariously awesome.
