It's amazing what Johnny Cash did with a song that came off as self-indulgent whinging when Reznor performed it.

I'm going to go with "Strange Fruit", remarkable both as poetry and for its historical social impact. Siouxsie & the Banshees did a great modern cover, set as a funeral march.

Its a mix between You Know You're Right by Nirvana or Daddy by Korn
You Know You're Right has the all of Kurt Cobain's angst in it, but Daddy is so emotionally draining that Jonathan Davis cant sing it live

It's one of the few things that has ever gotten to me... and I'm generally quite a hollow guy.
