Let The Right One In: the scene in the bedroom wheen they are sleeping together.
Kill Bill Vol 1: The entire scene when she fights the crazy 88

So many different films and scenes... too many to choose...

I say Fritz Lang's Metropolis, and every scene is amazing, but I think either the scene with the Robot's Transformation is amazing, especially when you consider that this was 1927 when they did the effect.

Also:
The Very Last Scene of Wall-E. I bawled like a baby at the end of that movie.

Raul Julia's Performance of M. Bison in Street Fighter, especially when he starts performing Psycho Crusher's on Jean Claude Van Damme's Guile.

And as always with my movie Posts, Blue Velvet, with the second scene that uses Roy Orbison's "In Dreams". Scared the hell out of me the first time I saw it.

Great movies, and I can happily admit, no one has brought any of them up.

So many brilliant scenes in this movie, but I suppose that this is one of the better ones...

"You better tell me where they took him... Or you will burn."

Absolutely love that line. Ben Foster is such an underrated actor. Fantastic preformance in 3:10 to Yuma.

EDIT: Shite, embedding disabled, and I can't find that clip anywhere. If you care to watch, here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibbEGj8Yuxo

From Star Wars Episode 3, The point where Duel Of Fates kicks in during the final 2 lightsaber duels, and in Blade Runner, Roy Batty's final monologue.

Its just hands down one of the great under appreciated works of Michael Mann, Tom Cruise, Jaime Foxx and Mark Ruffalo. Its a gem of a movie and it passed fairly unnoticed, but i love it.
I thoroughly agree. It's in my top ten movies for sure. As you said, the performances were very authentic and I felt the movie just oozed cool.

I'm gonna say the entire scene with the 6th Angel in "You Are (Not) Alone"...

...it's just so badass watching that Angel fuck shit up!

I do belive I win. Nothing beats the shoe-lace scene. Password part is hilarious too.

Wow, hard O_O

Well it's probably the entire scene in Scott Pilgrim vs The World in which Scott confesses his love for Ramona, fights Gideon, dies and has his second chance and has another realisation of a new found self respect and proceeds to overcome both Gideon and Nega Scott. You can call it two scenes but I think it deserves to be counted as one.

It very closely beats the Sex Bob-omb vs The Katayanagi Twins.
