Favourite sci-fi character.

Now I know there has been an influx of "Your favourite" threads recently, so it's probably the last one i'll do. Hopefully.

What Sci-fi character is held highest in your regard?
It could be a protaganist, a side character or anyone from the Sci-Fi genre/universe.

I have alot but one that really sticks out in my mind as one of the most unique and complex characters is Gulliver Foyle from Alfred Bester's The Stars My Destination.

He looks something like this except in the book he has NOMAD tattooed to his forehead aswell.
