The Halo 3: ODST Campaign is pretty damn good. Very well presented.

My favourite single player game would have to be Fallout 3.

KotOR. My second favorite game of all time, and my favorite single player. I've played it through 26 times now, and I love it more every time I play.
The ability to get cool mods gives it a longer playtime, too.

Mass Effect is, by far, my favorite single player game. It is pretty much the only single playe game that has kept me playing it again and again without ever getting bored.
