Razputin, from Psychonauts.
The Spy, from Team Fortress 2.
GLaDOS, from Portal.
Gordon Freeman, from Half-Life[sup]2[/sup]. (Come on, HL1 era Freeman was ugly.)
And lastly, Cortana, from Halo 1+2. (I didn't like her in the third one, always mucking up my screen and shit.) And she's voiced by ZOEY!!
