One of my most favorites is the sound when you discover a secret in any Zelda game, for example in OoT when you destroy rocks and you find a hole, or in LttP where you discover secret entrances after planting a Bomb.

Also many of the multiplayer sounds in Halo and Call of Duty, like (in SAS Voice)"UAV is online!!"

The alert sound from MGS. It's jump-tastic.

I fully agree. And it can only be spelled "!", which makes it even better. I think that noise is how you pronounce and exclamation point.
I also enjoy these two lines from TF2 quite a bit: The demoman's "They're gunna bury whut's left off yew in a SOOP CAHN!" and the Sniper's "GOTCHA, ya spastic little gremlin!"
And the little "Deetdeet!" sound the sentry gun makes when it locks onto a target.
And the great BAZIEW noise the Gravity Gun makes when you shoot someone in the face with a hula doll.
And the report of the hunting rifle in VATS. I could go on all day.

BOING!

It's obviously the only logical answer.

A lot of sounds in Zelda are quite memorable in a good way. This includes the "Get Item" music, the "Solve Puzzle" jingle, Midna's laughter (yes, I enjoyed that), and the ever-popular Master Sword theme.
