Man oh man, oh so many.
If I had to pick a single one, I think I'd have to choose Patrick Stewart. I grew up with TNG, and Captain Picard's smooth authoritative baritone is a large part of the soundtrack of my youth.
But there are so many others. Tony Jay had just about the best villain voice any human has ever been blessed with. Christopher Lee as well is a close second. And of course, good ol' J.E.J will never be forgotten as one of the greatest villains in cinema history. Also Mufasa.
David Warner is also just great, always. The scenes between him and Patrick Stewart on that episode of TNG are just marvelous.
Simon Templeman's voice is just godly. He is perhaps the best reason to play the Soul Reaver games, and that's saying a lot.
Crispin Freeman has a great voice. Steve Blum is everywhere but I never tire of hearing his tones. And who doesn't love Patrick Warburton's dumb-guy stereotype?
Among women, Claudia Black's voice is just plain sex. Everywhere she shows up, I am thrilled to be watching/playing it. Jennifer Hale is terrific. She has range, but she's especially good for the no-nonsense "tough chick" types. Grey Delisle is really good too. And of course the incomparable Tara Strong.
You know who else has a good voice? Adam West. His bits on Family Guy are some of the only parts of that show I really like. I also like Rene Auberjonois' voice. It's not traditionally pleasant, but it is really distinct and cool.
Keith David's voice is great, especially in Mass Effect. Morgan Freeman's an obvious one. David Hayter's Snake voice is, well, interesting. Troy Baker is a bit over-exposed lately, but his voice is very good for an everyman-type, and he's a great actor.
Man, the list could continue for the rest of the day. I know I left off many splendid voices, but I must end this post here before it gets out of hand.
