I'm split between the Timesplitters 2 minigun, and the borderlands Glorious Havok series, just because a ludicrous rate of fire is magical. But overall, favorite gun...

Hm.

Definitely goes to the SPAS 12 from Black. That thing just SOUNDS like a jackhammer. Hell, most of the guns in there are just ultimately incredibly fun.

The shark gun, I forget what game I think it was for the original xbox, but how can you not love a gun that shoots freakin sharks!
THe Land Shark gun from Armed and Dangerous.

The Bore-Gun(?) from the older Turok games. Evidently, it shoots a small sphere that more or less anihilates the enemies brain (can't recall the specifics).

And I believe I heard something about an Octopus Gun in Saints Row: The Third
And the Cerebral Bore of Turok fame.

The Darkstar (it's a cannon that fire a small black hole sucking any nearby enemy into it killing them instantly) from Conduit 2. Sure it annoy when you get caught in it but from what I've read you have to skilful at using it at the right time which I couldn't be bother try to practice using it.

The tomislav from TF2... I'm debating whether to use my brass beast and craft it, as I've heard its a pwning gun.

Ok. Misread in my sleep-deprived haze.

I'll say the MIRV. The fatman was destructive enough, but from what I've seen of the MIRV it is just mutually assured destruction in most cases.

Keep your Brass Beast, the Tomislav isn't that good after the quick nerf

Euclid's C-Finder from New Vegas also. I bought it from that kid, but then I realised it didn't even work and reloaded my save so as not to waste 1000 caps. I also have no idea how to get to the quest that turns the orbital laser on to make the C-Finder useful.

The MIRV. It fires eight mini-nukes in a shotgun spread, killing anything. Why? Why not?

The gun that shots dogs from one of the final fantasy games. I don't know how high the guy who designed that was but I'm surprised he wasn't fired immediately.

The Fat Man from Fallout 3/New Vegas

I always, always kill myself with that gun, usually while acting all cocky just before i splatter myself all over the scenery...

It's the time it takes to pull it out i think, since i only use it on charging Behemoths, so they're always a few feet closer than i planned

well most weapons in bioshock would qualify, only used the pistol and shotgun in that game seeing as how i upgraded those first by the time i got the grenade launcher it was completely redundant, also plasmids they completely cancel out the high end weaponry there, no need for an explosive when you can simply stun your target in place with lightning.

never used the fatman always too careful with the ammo thinking there would be better times to use it also it's prohibitively heavy.
(still love the concept of it though)

butcher's cleaver, the model for the player sucked and by the time you were capable of killing the butcher solo it had become obsolete, i just loved the idea of some warrior decked out in plate mail brandishing a freaking cleaver.

there's undoubtedly more from a multitude of other games, where either the model of the weapon or it's concept absolutely rocked but it was either introduced too late in the game or the weapon just plain sucked (stat-wise)

so yeah that's a small selection.
