I don't look at many webcomits, to be honest. There's Stolen Pixels, although that's as much because it's there and it's convenient as anything else.

I do really enjoy the Rooster Teeth comics, though.
Wow, only one person mentioned Stolen Pixels? Sad making.

No one has mentioned Achewood!!
Also Dinosaur Comics and XKCD. QC is decent and I used to read it but it's too relationshippy for me. American Elf is classic though.

Don't worry, I don't think they burn ya at the stake for that heresy... at least not anymore.

Penny-Arcade is one of the first uber-successful webcomics. It made its mark being about videogames mostly, but also wanders into other areas of geek culture. Both the artist and the writer are pretty intelligent and witty, and while nobody is going to be successful all the time, their quality-to-crap ratio is surprisingly high. Obviously, some people are not going to like it, but usually even the people who loathe them acknowledge their talent.

Take a while and flip through the archives: every comic they've ever done is there, and unless you just completely detest Gabe's art style to the point where simply looking at it gives you a migrane, odds are you'll probably find yourself laughing several times.

Penny Arcade and XKCD are the only 2 I keep up with. If I wasn't already married, I'd track down and force the XKCD guy to marry me because his mind works eerily like my own and he makes me laugh. o_O

The ones I follow regularly are Questionable Content, Schlock Mercenary, Dominic Deegan, and El Goonish Shive.

I check Order of the Stick, Penny Arcade, XKCD, Awkward Zombie, Exterminatus Now, and Eight-Bit Theater when the mood strikes me.

I used to read a metric asston more (City of Zeroes, 9th Elsewhere, Misfile, Ctrl Alt Delete, Megatokyo, The Call of Whatever, Secret of Mana Theater, Bob and George, Something Positive...). Some I just stopped reading, some I'm waiting for in print form (Megatokyo), and some I'm probably going to pick up again (Misfile).

Has no one mentioned last days at foxhound? It's not great but even so...

Anyway Drowtales is one of my favourites, and no one else seems to know about it.

XKCD
Rooster Teeth(so it's not really a webcomic, but it makes me smile every so often, so meh).
CAD[I know, I know, shut up]
There's one more but it's flirting on the edge of my mind, and I can't recall it.
