retsupurae. Hands down. They do commentary over really bad Let's Plays and sometimes they do something called retsufrash, where they do a Let's Play of really bad flash games and videos. They're really funny guys and I've seen all of their videos... Which is way too many.

Hmm MysteryGuitarMan, RayWilliamJohnson are a couple of the obvious ones for general entertainment.

For music specifically, I love rploand's (aka CandyRat records), Jack Conte and Pomplamousse.

They each have a wide variety of music that are quite amazing and something you wouldn't hear in mainstream these days.
